Description Strawberry Amnesia is bred from crossing Strawberry Cough with Original Amnesia. Although sativa-dominant it is a beautiful plant that is relatively fast-flowering and high-yielding. Strawberry Amnesia can grow into a large, tall plant when grown outdoors in perfect conditions. It has long thin leaves as is typical of sativa strains although they are rather darker than would be considered the norm. It can do very well indeed indoors but its tendency to stretch a lot during flowering means that it will require either a short veg, period or a lot of space. A good compromise would be to use a SCROG set-up which will help to control height and also maximise its potential yield. This strain also shows very good resistance to both plant pests and high humidity. Indoor growers should obtain yields of 625 gr/m2 in a flowering period of between 65 - 70 days. Outdoors or in a greenhouse plants will be ready to harvest anytime during the second half of October in the northern hemisphere with yields between 700 - 1100 gr. from each plant. In terms of aroma and flavour the predominant quality is that of strawberries and Haze along with notes of sweet citrus, pine and spices. The production of THC is very high and will fall between 20% - 22%. Sativa are known for their energetic, uplifting and euphoric effects and Strawberry Amnesia is no exception. It is very powerful with an effect that just lasts and lasts and which evolves into a feeling of advanced relaxation. Therapeutically it has uses for treating anorexia, as it stimulates the appetite, and also to counter depression.
